Installation Requirements
- Setup surface: must be flat grass only
- No gravel, hills, or uneven terrain.
- Setup location must be within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet
- Renter must ensure setup site is clear and unobstructed.
- In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, lightning ect..), the Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental for safety reasons.

Payment Details
- $25.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve party houses.
- Payment Method: Card Only.
- Payment Due: Full payment required prior to installation. Please must be paid in full within 24hrs of installation.
- Refund Policy: A refund is available if cancellation is made within 24hrs, prior to event.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of event.
- Reschedule: Reschedule (once) within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Overnight Inflatables: Overnight rentals are available at additional cost. Please contact us to learn more. .
