Frequency Asked Questions

  • Is supervision required? 

Yes, adult supervision is required for children under 18yrs.  


  • Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, delivery, setup, and take-down are included in total cost.  Please note, customers cannot pick-up equipment.


  • How much is the non-refundable deposit?

In order to reserve your event, there is a 50$ non-refundable deposit due at booking. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to submitting payment


  • Do you have Insurance?

Yes, we are insured. 


  • Is there a contract and/or waiver? 

Yes, day of delivery renters will sign contract/waiver prior to installation. Please contact us if you have additional questions.


  • Do I need an extension cord or power outlet?

 Access to a standard 110V power source/outlet within 50 feet must be provided. No extension cord required from the renter. 


  •   How much space is needed for the inflatable?

Please allow a minimum of 20’ x 20’ of clear, flat grass space, no hills/gravel or uneven terrain. Additional 3 feet of clearance on all sides. We'll confirm the exact space needed during booking. 


  • What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.


  • Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can only reschedule once. Reschedules are permitted within 90 days, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or reschedules.


  • Can the inflatable be used during the day or just at night?

Yes, we offer availability for daytime events. Please contact us via message and/or phone to coordinate event.


  • Do you service only Huntsville, AL ?

No, we provide service to surrounding cities: Huntsville, Athens, Decatur, Meridanville, Hazel Green, Ardmore, Toney, & Harvest. Please contact us to confirm if you are within our servicing area prior to booking.


  • What are the requirements to rent overnight?

Overnight rentals must be booked at least 2–3 weeks in advance to allow proper accommodations and scheduling. Renters must be 19 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.


  • Do I leave the inflatable on all night? 

No, for safety and convenience, our team will provide instructions and a brief walkthrough on how to safely power off the inflatable and assist with partial deflation.
